Jilly Up Close and
Personal
By Jill (Mommy31420@aol.com)

Hi my name is Jill, and I am the new Vice President of FoLC Central. You'll be hearing a lot from me so I thought you might want to know a little about me. My full name is Jillian Andrea ? ( I don't give out my last name on the computer, usually, for personal reasons.) I was born on Sunday, December 11, 1983 at 1:26pm in Cincinatti, Ohio. I have a twin sister named Jessie. I'm older than her by an hour and a half. I also have a younger sister and two older brothers. Well, actually one is my half brother and one is my step-brother. My parents got divorced when I was two. Then my mom re-married a few years ago.

Anyway, now let's talk about the present. I'm 14 years old and I'm a freshman in high school. I only have two friends, that are girls, in school because most girls don't like me. They don't hate me it's just I get along better with guys. I have a boyfriend named Eric, and I love him to death. I love cats, basketball, football, and Dean Cain. My favorite foods are mac and cheese, animal crackers, and diet coke. Those are basicly the only things I can eat. I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat anything that's green. I also can't have anything that has too much butter, salt, greese, and stuff like that because of my heart condition. It's not that big, though. They have some big doctor term for it I just don't know it. I have to get a check up once a month and where a moniter every once in a while.

I hope to be an actress some day. I want to be the next Lois Lane. I would also love to work with Dean Cain and be on General Hospital. The biggest influences in my life are Genie Frances and my boyfriend, Eric. Without them I don't know what I would do. Eric is there for me no matter what. He is the best boyfriend and friend I have ever had. And I love him for it. Then there's Genie Frances. She plays Laura on General Hospital. She's my role model. Between her real life and character in real life she has been through everything I have. When I have a problem all I have to do is think "What would Genie do."

If you have any questions or coments E-mail me at Mommy31420@aol.com

~Jilly~

Maggie's Column
By Maggie (Maggie12@bellsouth.net)

Hi Everyone :) Welcome to my first column ever! I am so excited, I have nothing to say! JK. ;-) I love to go on and on about Lois & Clark and what could be better than my own personal column to go on and on about them with meaning and purpose!?!? My initial idea, since we all love fanfics and we all love cool quotes was to find some cool quotes from different fanfics and post them here. So that is what I'll do today. But, be forewarned, I am very prone to going off on tangents so, if I accidentally fall into my Default-Lois-Ramble-Mode, don't be alarmed. I will find my way back to a point, eventually :). Here is my first pick:

Lois (rolls her head and smiles) "What am I going to do with you?"
Clark (smugly) "You're going to love me for the rest of my life."
Pam Jernigan "Crazy For You"

This story is written in script form. I flows just like an episode with Dr. Klein digressing, flaky bad guys to catch, a plot that thickens and some Waffy moments, like the quote I love so much I use it as my sig. I definitely, wholeheartedly recommend it. This story and many, many hours of reading enjoyment can be found at:
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/jernigan/folc.html

Ok, tangent time. I need some SuperHelp from you cool FoLCs. I would like to have a little Mini-Contest (we FoLCs do love contests, don't we?) You see, I can't figure out a name for my column. In a newsletter with the Diva Factor, Random Thoughts and Ask Cat Grant!, I figure I need something decent. Any ideas? Enter the "Name My Column Contest", today!! You even get a cool prize! One lucky winner will get via e-mail an Autographed Picture of Guess Who? L&C of course!! You can set it as your desktop or print it out and frame it, like I did ;-). Questions,
comments, suggestions and fanfic recommendations are very welcome at maggie13@bellsouth.net.

Whew! I finished my first column! Oh the excitement! Uh-oh, now I have to write another one.....Hmmm, tune in next time for the new and exciting adventures of Maggie, the Errant Columnist. And remember my motto, Don't just Re-live the Adventure, Read It!

The Fanfic Side
by Rachel M.

I've decided that I hate El Nino. But then again, who doesn't? It's 90 degrees here and I was dumb enough to wear two shirts today to school. We students went back to the grind this morning and there are only three words I can use to describe the day...boring, boring, and more boring. Blah, blah, blah, period after period. And hot. Man, it's hot! And in Colorado! The Arctic State just melted. But now that I've complained and got you all blue, here's a fanfic to cheer you up. Enjoy! (I feel better already...)
-------------------------------------------------
This story is blamed on the gag reel incident where a very jittery Superman finally gives in to temptation and leans into Lois' car, presses his face into her neck, and inhales deeply. Some blame also goes to my pal Sarah, who had cool socks and to Brian, who said that socks do not turn guys on. Also, blame goes to all the guys and girls in rooms 1538 and 1539 at the NYDECA State Career Conference--Brian, Josh, Jimbo, Steve-o, Sarah, Lexie, Bick, and Kerri.
It takes place while they're dating, but without Dan or Mayson, and before WWW. The idea popped into my head while I was babysitting. Also, I wanted to see if I could write a whole story without L&C kissing. Also, to see if I could write a short one in which they *don't* sleep together. (all my other shorts seemed to have ended that way, even when I didn't want them to ) In a story with a plot line like this, that is very difficult, but it proved to develop... other things. You'll have to read to find out what. ;) Please don't take it seriously.

WARNING: THIS STORY IS SUPER STRANGE AND SHAMELESSLY STUPID!!!!

SOCKS
by Susan VanCott (Kirshnera@aol.com, Kirshnera on the IRC, a FoLC who loves coments about her stories)
Rated: PG-13 by FOLC Central :)

Clark got up to answer the knock on his door. He knew who it was even before opening the door, but not because of his x-ray vision. He had invited Lois over for a movie and snacks. They did that a lot now, and both enjoyed it.
Lois stood outside the door. She had picked this night to deepen her and Clark's relationship. She knew Clark wanted her. She wanted him, too. But she didn't want sex. Not tonight, anyways. Probably not. No, tonight she was going to get him to feel comfortable, if that was the right word, being in lust with her.
Lois smiled as he opened the door. Clark was showing a pleasantly large amount of skin that summer day. He had on a sexy sleeveless grey t-shirt which Lois absolutely loved and black shorts. Whoa... Lois had never seen Clark's bare legs like that before. She took a good look at him before meeting his eyes again. "Hel-*lo*, Legs!" she said in a sultry voice that was accompanied by a wink. Clark blushed, which made Lois smile. She liked to see him blush. But she had to get him comfortable. It was strange. When he'd first come to Metropolis, he'd teased her with all sorts of sexual innuendo. And now that she wanted to hear it, he was afraid. They walked down the steps to the couch.
"So, what've you got for me?" she asked. "Other than that, I mean," she added, favoring his body with a significant glance. Clark turned pink again. Lois had to bite back a gleeful laugh. She was going to have *fun* tonight!
"I... um... 'The Princess Bride', 'The Temple of Doom', and 'GoldenEye'. Take your pick."
"Let's start with 'GoldenEye'. I love that movie.
"Okay. Have a seat. I'll get the food from the kitchen." He had made cookies with three kinds of chocolate-- mint, milk, and dark. He also had tried something new he thought Lois would like.
He set the stuff down on the coffee table, popped 'GoldenEye' into the VCR, and sat next to Lois, as close as he dared. He didn't know it, but he would have been welcome to sit quite a bit closer. Lois looked at what he'd brought. "Oooh. You spoil me, Legs." Clark blushed again. Was he going to do that every time she called him that? Looks like the man just earned himself a nickname. "What is this?"
"It's chocolate popcorn." He had poured melted chocolate over freshly-popped popcorn. "I thought you'd like it."
She tossed some into her mouth. "You thought right. And triple chocolate cookies--one of my favorite recipes." Then the movie came on.
A while into the movie, Lois kicked off her shoes and put her feet up on the coffee table. She had socks with red, orange, and yellow horizontal stripes on them. Clark did a double take when he saw them.
He must have been staring because Lois asked, "Do I have sexy feet, Clark?"
"What?" He blinked at her.
"Do I have sexy feet? Do my socks turn you on?"
Clark was thinking that Lois was obviously in a *very* weird mood today. It was apparently play along or blush every five seconds. So he played along. "Oh, yes, Lois. Those socks are *such* a turn-on," he said in a mock-sexy voice. After he did, he got a whiff of some kind of perfume Lois was wearing. No, it wasn't exactly perfume, it was something else. Body lotion? Oil, maybe? Whatever it was, it was incredible.
Lois smiled. "I'll remember that." Just then, the movie attracted her attention. M was telling James Bond *exactly* what she thought of him. "Yeah!" Lois added to M's speech. She turned to Clark. "I love that scene. He deserves it. He is *such* a slut! He sleeps with anyone and everyone!" Then she settled back into her seat. "Sorry. I had to say that."
"That's okay."
Lois moved closer to him, pleasantly surprising him. He gladly put his arm around her shoulders. He could smell that lotion or oil even more strongly now. It smelled... cucumbery. And it was really starting to increase his heart rate.
A few minutes later, Lois asked, "Clark? It's kind of hot today. Would you mind if I took off my jeans?"
"Um..."
"It's okay. My t-shirt's pretty long. It'll be like wearing a short dress."
"Okay," he said cautiously. He looked away while Lois stood up and took off her jeans. The shirt went almost halfway to her knees. She sat back down, pressed close against his side, and put her feet up again.
Then she looked up again. "If you're hot, go ahead and take off your shirt." She knew that could be a double entendre, but if she played off that, he wouldn't. "Also, I'd feel more comfortable not being the only half-naked one in here," she added, sure that that comment would convince him.
He smiled. "Sure. It is a little warm anyways." Lois pulled away a little and Clark stripped off his t-shirt. Now it was Lois' turn to smile. What a *body* he had!! She snuggled back up against that magnificent chest and was surrounded by that muscular arm. Heaven.
Ten minutes later, Lois asked, "What turns you on, Clark? Other than socks, I mean."
"Well, for starters, there's plaid hair scrunchies..." he joked.
"Clark, I'm serious." He swallowed hard as she placed her hand on his thigh, right above his knee. "What do you like? What turns you on?"
Clark did not know what to do. Lois was serious? She wanted to know what turned him on? Her questions combined with that cucumber scent and her hand on his leg were blanking out his brain.
Lois slid her hand up a little bit higher, up under the edge of his shorts, noticing Clark's sharp intake of breath. So he was feeling the tension here, too. Good. "I'll tell you what turns me on," she offered. "Chocolate. Those black shorts you're wearing. Cucumber oil. Do you like cucumber oil?"
So that's what she had on. "Yeah, I do," he admitted. "That's what you're wearing now, isn't it?"
She looked elated. He had noticed. "Yes. Has it been driving you crazy all afternoon?" She didn't really need an answer. She could just tell. Her hand slid a bit higher, now more than halfway up his thigh, and inward a little. Clark closed his eyes for a second. She curved her other hand over one of his pectorals.
"Do you like this? When I touch you like this?"
He nodded silently, not trusting himself to speak.
"Good. I like doing it. What else do you like?"
"You. Almost anything you do. Nothing turns me on unless you're in it, or doing it, or whatever. I like this."
"This?"
He took her feet and put them up on his lap. He put his hands around her ankles and then slowly slid them up the outsides of her bare legs, over her hips, waist, and sides, pulling her t-shirt off. He regretted her having to move her hands, but it was necessary. He lifted her up and seated her in his lap. She smiled and replaced her hand, even higher than it had been, almost dangerously high.
Now the scent of her was almost overpowering. He gave in and pressed his face into her neck, breathing in deeply. They both closed their eyes on a joint shudder. Lois' fingers started to massage the sensitive skin that they were in contact with. She lay down, with her back on Clark's lap, and looked up at him. He looked over her body, which now only wore a bra, panties, and socks, and couldn't believe how lovely it was. "You," he said to her, "are gorgeous."
He let his hand fall to her flat stomach and stroked the soft skin with the back of his fingers. Lois closed her eyes and sighed. He traced one finger from her ear down over her left breast. "You like that?" he asked her.
"Yes..." He continued to caress her lovingly. He ran his hands through her hair, sending pleasant little shivers down her spine. He stroked her cheek and smiled down at her.
"I love you, Lois."
"I love you too, Clark."
Then his hand moved to between her breasts and paused, holding the clasp of her bra. He was waiting for her to say something. When she did not protest, he undid it and took it off of her, running his hands over her now bare breasts. She dug her fingers into his thigh at the sensation. When he paused she sat up and pressed her chest against his. She clung to him with one hand, the other being occupied in the delicious inner thigh massage, and whispered in his ear. "I've fantasized about this."
"I have, too," he admitted.
"You're the best thing that ever happened to me. All the other men in my life hurt me. Lex and Claude the most. I was so stupid.."
"Lois, it's all right. Everyone's entitled to make mistakes."
"Have you? Do you have big mistakes in your past love life?"
"No, I don't have any mistakes there. But then, I never exactly had much of one to make mistakes in."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"Well, I guess you deserve to know. Lois, I've never actually... been with a woman." He said the last part quickly, unsure of what her reaction would be. "I mean, it never felt right enough, so I just couldn't--"
"Clark, are you saying that you're a..."
"Yes. I'm a virgin, Lois."
Her eyes widened in suprise at the admission. "You waited--for me?"
"I had to find the right person."
Tears sprang unbidden to her eyes and Clark brushed them away. "Oh, Clark, thank you. It's such a beautiful thing..." She squeezed his thigh gently.
"It's my gift to you, Lois. Take it whenever you want. I'm yours, and I always will be." He smiled into her beautiful eyes. She gazed back, full of the pleasure in the knowledge that this pure gift was given her by a loving heart. He interrupted her reverie by speaking. "And Lois, there's something else. Something that I've never told a soul, but that you deserve to know. It's a secret. The secret of my existence."
"A secret? Clark, what are you talking about?"
Clark reached up and took off his glasses. "I've wanted to tell you for so long, and I need to tell you now that our relationship is getting really serious." He gazed at her. "Look at me, Lois. Know me for all of who I am."
She stared for what seemed to be forever, but she did not jump off his lap, scream, or slap him in the face. "Clark," she said slowly.
"Lois, I understand. You have every right to be mad. I'm so sorry..."
"No, Clark, I'm not mad. I'm glad. Glad that you told me. Before...anything else happened between us. Glad that you chose me to share your whole self with. You've given me so much tonight, and it all overwhelms me. I love you, Clark, and nothing can change that." They stared into each others' eyes for a time, and then leaned in close for another hug.
He held her almost naked body pressed tightly against his, as if reassuring himself that she was there, that she loved him, that she was not going to leave. He stroked her hair, whispering soft 'I love you's in her ear.
"Clark?"
"Yes?"
"I'd like to sleep here tonight. Not *with* you... I'm not ready for that yet. But just... with you. I don't feel like letting go."
"Lois, there's nothing I'd like better."
A grin came to her face, and she asked, "You know what, Legs?"
He grinned back. "What?"
"I really like these socks."
THE END

Thank you, thank you, if you liked it. :P if you didn't. But if you did, would you email me and tell me? Pretty, pretty please with a kilted Dean on top? (and that's a mighty pretty please! ) And if you've gotta tear me down with criticism, be gentle. :)
