CLUB STUFF

*Thanks to everyone who responded to our poll in the last newsletter regarding how often newsletters should come out! The majority vote is for two newsletters a month. You can still vote, though. E-mail lovelc@aol.com and tell me how often you would like the newsletters to come out!
*If you would like FC to have an official AOL chat, please e-mail me and tell me what times/days would be good for you. If you don't have AOL and would like to chat, e-mail me, and we can try to get an Internet chatroom, although that may not be possible. But we'll try! :)
*The deadline for the Fanfic Contest WAS May 29, but it has been changed to June 1. So you have three extra days to write three MORE fanfics! :) Seriously, though, get those fanfics in, before it's too late! Don't you want to win cool stuff? Yeah, you know you do! :) Any questions? E-mail me!

***May 17 is the day Clark's spaceship landed in Smallville, Kansas, in 1966!***
Watch "Tempus Fugitive" or "Strange Vistior", or even "The Green, Green Glow of Home" or "The Foundling" to celebrate this holiday!
>>spaceship<<
Speaking of ships...TITANIC ROCKS! Go see it again, you know you want to! :)

HOW IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN...

Did you know...?

The episode "Home Is Where The Hurts Is" was originally titled "Meet the 'Rents".

The ep "I Now Pronounce You" was originally titled "It Happened All Night", and became known as "IHAN" to FOLCs. Shortly before the episode aired, we found out the real title and figured there was going to be a wedding!

"Forget Me Not" was originally titled "Down Memory Lane", then "Forget Me Knot".

In the episode "Lucky Leon", Jimmy delivers the line "...the Pentagon has cleared Superman of any wrong-doing." That line was originally to have been said by Perry.

Jimmy's dad appears in the third season ep "The Dad Who Came In From The Cold". However, there was supposed to have been a second season episode, involving Jimmy's dad and Jimmy going to South America to find him! Only to get in to trouble and need Superman's assistance. This episode was never made.

In the episode "Through A Glass, Darkly", Perry and Jimmy are tied up next to the bomb that Ching plants. Martha and Jonathan were originally supposed to have been tied up (not Perry and Jimmy), but apparently the idea was changed a few days before filming, because M&J were only supposed to appear in a certain number of episodes.

Got any others? E-mail me!

Molly's Thoughts

Occasionally, I will have a kind of a thought. I was wondering how much the Daily Planet costs? How much each newspaper costs. Have we ever seen a Daily Planet close enough to see a price? Anyone know? This is so weird, yet it bothers me. :) E-mail me if you know!
