Now that the 2nd annual KERTH Awards nominees have been announced, you have about a week to read the stories before the voting starts! Of course, voting last for three weeks, so you have that long to read the stories, if you need it. But where should you go to read them? There is a wonderful site just for that! All of the nominated stories are linked from there.

FOLCs' L&C Artwork!

Two weeks ago, we asked you to send us ideas for L&C artwork that you've done in the past. Thanks to everyone who replied? Here are your VERY creative and cool project ideas...

When I was in the 8th grade, for art class we had to make portfolios to keep our finished artwork in...Naurtally, I drew a big S-shield! It was a lot of fun making it to actual size, rather than trying to freehand it. I had the protracter out, making sure that I got all the angles right, and a little picture to make sure that every little detain was perfect! Kinda made me feel like Martha making his costume...But, of course I had the same remarks from everyone else in the class, "Erin, you're so obsessed with that show!" To which I would reply, "I know." No explanation needed....us FoLCs have our reasons, right? When it was done, a colored, it was perfect! It's in my room, next to my Superman Monument.

I've made drawings of Dean and Teri ones.
Teri is really hard to draw, dean on the other hand,
is easy.I've mad two of Teri and two of Dean.

When i was younger i also made cartoon figures of
them.that was real fun.

that's it actually,

take care,
Michael

How to make an LnC Collage in 8 Easy Steps:

Step 1: Surf the *super* section of the net
Step 2: Print out your very favorite Lois and Clark pics
(I printed the Tattoo T-shirt ones,
the real wedding, snippets of Don't Tug on
Superman's Cape, and the ones where
Dean is wearing a leather jacket
and Teri is on his back wearing to fly,
hmm, what are those called?)
Step 3: Go to Target, buy a frame that matches
with the general decor of your room
(I got a nifty Gold-Painted frame that I love)
Step 4: Break out the scissors and glue
Step 5: Go to #loiscla on IRC and hang out while you
cut and paste (that's what I did!)
Step 6: Arrange your pics like so--Dean, Teri, Dean, Dean,
Dean, Teri, Dean&Teri, Ma & Pa Kent <---at the wedding,
they look so spiffy , Teri&Dean, Dean, Dean,
more Dean, oh, you get the idea.....
Step 7: Hang your frame where you'll see it every day
Step 8: Smile! (drooling is optional )

About the LnC project things, I started one (kindof) last year. I was
looking at a WB store catalog and saw a Wizard of Oz Monopoly game. I
also had recently saw an NFL one, a golf one, a Star Wars one and MANY
others. I figured I should make up a history of Superman one. I'm still
working on it and maybe I'll have it done by the next millenium.

WINNER #1
Lex was really a shapeshifter... and durin his fall he's like "OH crap!! Gonna DIE!!" So he changed while everyone had their eyes covered (They thought he was gonna splat on the ground). And he landed as a bunch of flowers. Unfortunatly, I dont think he was too comfy when that dude stepped on him. This explains how Lex.. "lived" thru the fall to come back in later Eps... cuz FLOWERS DONT DIE when they fall. It was the Steppin on him that knocked him out.. and put him in critical condition. Of course he automatically changed to his human form shortly after his "Death" When that obsessed Dr. Chic got a hold of him.

WINNER #2
It was symbolic... the boquet represented Lois and Lex's future together. Lex's fall from the tower was symbolic of his fall from grace, just as the boquet getting stepped on symbolized the end of any future the two could have shared.
