What's New?
If you're planning on attending the Kerth Awards (Saturday
the 27th at 3pm PST), you should download the Kerths sounds! During the
ceremony, the ceremony people will play the sounds at certain times, to add to
the full "awards ceremony" effect. Go to kerthwav
(http://www.ixpres.com/chrispat/kerthwav/kerthwav.html) and download them to
your mirc folder (probably your sounds folder--although you didn't hear that
from me, and that's all I may or may not know.) Good luck!

The E-Files

Hi! In my last column, I said I would tell
you about my other close encounter with Dean.
Well, here goes: :)
As
some of you know, I'm in a wheelchair because of MD. Anyway, there is this
company
out there that grants wishes to kids with disabilities. As you can
guess, my wish was to meet Dean. After about a month, they called to say Dean
couldn't make it because he was Filming. (I think it was Best Men he was
filming). As any girl or fan would be, I was very sad.
The next day, the
representitive from this company called to talk to my mom. All I heard was
"She'll faint! How exciting!"
Of course I nagged and nagged for her to tell
me, but she wouldn't. All she said was "It's coming tommorow."
Yea, like that
was a big hint :P
Anyway, the next day comes by, very slowly, and large
package arrives. I open the box to find an autographed pic, and the shirt he
wore in MTV Baseball!! I screamed, and screamed, almost fainted, and then took
the shirt and put it around my shoulders. Oh my, is Dean a big man! (Don't even
go there you gutter people...:P) My 6 foot brother was swimming in it.
Well,
thats my experiance ;)

Random Thoughts

Hi there, all. I'm bored.
Did you know there's a guy at our school
who's obsessed, has a hair cut like
Justin Whalin, is taking journalism
next year and totally fits the character
of Jimmy Olson? I about died of
laughter. He's been my friend for +5 years
and I just noticed these
things last month! Oh well! Here's something I had
to do to occupy my
time in English today (3/22). It is sad :(
(note:
I wrote this durring 4th hour English with a bad case of
LCWS)
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Death to you, you evil ba*****s! Why are you doing
this to me? It's maniacally evil. We're studying mythology in English
and we've all been subjected to sit and watch... DISNEY MOVIES!
Hercules,
to be exact. It's so stupid. Oh my God is it stupid! It's
level of
stupididty is undescribable. I announced to the entire class
before the
movie started that Disney was evil. A guy next to me asked
"Why?"
I about
died. "Duh!" I quoted (Tempus), "Disney, who are rivals of
Warner Brothers,
merged with ABC and caused Lois and Clark to be
canceled."
He said, "For
real? They took that off the air?"
I about died again. "Where have you been
for the last 2 years, under a
rock? Yeah, they took it off the air." I know
that was rude but come on!
Everyone has to know LnC was canceled!
Baby
Hercules looks so sweet and innocent I could throw up. But you
know what?
Now that I think about it, the two stories aren't that much
different.
In Supes' case: Baby sent from far off planet to Earth, found and
raised
by couple who can't have kids, grows up and fights crime and all
that stuph,
doesn't return to original heritage for Lois, they all live
happily ever
after.
In Herc's case: Baby sent from Mount Olympus to Earth, found and
raised by couple who cant have kids, grows up and fights bad guys and
all that stuph, doesn't return to original heritage for Meg, they all
live happily ever after.
OH MY GOD, WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT! I'm
associating Disney positivly
to Superman. This has got to stop. Oh good.
It's 11:00. Now I get to go
explain why I want to take journalism next year.
